The console

The console is where you manage your projects. Sign in with your Google account; your account is created the first time you sign in. Everything here concerns your own projects: you are their only owner.

Projects

A project holds a balance, its secrets and its end users. Create one from the project list: the console then shows the project's first secret — copy it now, it is not shown again. A project's page shows:

  • its balance, with the part held by work under way and the part available to start new work;
  • how many tasks it may run at once;
  • the API base URL your backend calls.

You can rename a project at any time; names are unique among your projects.

Keys

The project's secrets. Create as many as you need — one per service or environment is a good rule — and copy each one when it is shown, the only time it is. The list shows each secret's name, its first characters, when it was created and last used, and whether it is revoked. Revoke a secret to stop it at once.

End users

Your end users, with how many sessions and calls each has made and when they last called. From a user's row you can:

  • Disable the user — their tokens stop working, and no new one can be issued — and enable them again later;
  • Delete the user — their tokens stop working and they no longer appear.

Revoke all tokens revokes every token issued to every end user of the project, for example after a leak. Tokens issued afterwards work.

Creating end users and issuing tokens is done by your backend, with a secret: see Authentication.

Usage and transactions

  • Usage — requests and cost per end user, or per day, over a window of dates. Drill into the usage of each session.
  • Transactions — every change to the project's balance: usage charges, grants, purchases and refunds, with the balance after each.

Billing

Top up a project's balance — pick the project and an amount, then pay on the payment page that opens — and see every top-up you made: its amount, its status and, once paid, its invoice. A pending top-up you left unpaid can be canceled here. See Credits and billing.

Sessions, calls and the audit log

  • Sessions — the project's conversations and voice calls, with their status, owner, number of calls and cost. Filter by end user or by type.
  • Calls — each step the assistant ran for your users — a search, an image, a video, a transcription — with its status, duration and, when it failed, why. Filter by user, session, category or status.
  • Audit log — who changed what in the project: the project itself, its secrets, its users and their tokens, done in the console or with a secret. Issued tokens, one entry each, are listed only when you ask for them.

Dates and times

Times show in your browser's time zone. Date filters select whole UTC days: a window starts at 00:00 UTC on its first day and ends at 24:00 UTC on its last, and spans at most 92 days (30 by default).

Export

Every table exports what it shows as a CSV file.
