会话纪要

语音通话结束后，会生成它的纪要：对通话内容的结构化总结。读取方式：

status	含义
none	这个会话没有纪要：它不是语音会话，或者通话还没有结束。
running	通话已结束，纪要正在生成。稍后再读。
completed	纪要已就绪。
transcript_only	通话太短，无法生成纪要；转写内容在消息列表里。
failed	纪要未能生成。

会话的 brief_status（在 GET /v1/sessions/{session_id} 上）不用读取纪要就能看出它是 running 还是 completed。

visuals 是用户在通话中展示的图片；每个 url 都是会过期的下载链接。
